This one has had a frame up restoration done on it. The 200X is a Great 3 wheeler, will do almost anything you ask of it, and do it with a grin. Make sure adjusters don't move when you tighten lock boltsġ/2 graduation on the adjusters equals. Loosen the valve adjuster bolts fully, move the intake and exhaust valve adjusters counterclockwise fully until resistance is felt, then move them clockwise the eequivalent of 1/2 graduation, tighten the adjuster lock bolts (torque 7.2-10 ft-lb) When the T is aligned with the index mark and the timing mark on the cam is visible (facingup) the piston is at TDC on the compression stroke.
If not visable turn the crank 360 degrees and realign the T mark. Remove the camshaft inspection hole cap from cyclinder head and make sure timing mark on the cam is visable (facing up). Remove the timing caps on the left side cover, and align the T through the small hole with the index mark, remove the valve adjust cover located just above the spark plug.
